आज हम बात करेंगे मुख्य सचिवों के पहले राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन की। 16 और 17 जून को हिमाचल प्रदेश के धर्मशाला के एचपीसीए स्टेडियम में मुख्य सचिवों के पहला राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन हो रहा है और इसकी अध्यक्षता प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी कर रहे हैं। दरअसल इसके पीछे एक बडी सोच यह है कि केंद्र और राज्य सरकारों के बीच बेहतर समंवय हो। केंद्र और राज्यों के बीच साझेदारी को मजबूत करने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। क्योंकि सवाल संघवाद की शक्ति का है। केंद्र राज्यों के संबंधों का है। दोनों सरकारें टीम इंडिया तर्ज पर मिलकर काम करें। टीम इंडिया की अवधारणा के साथ काम करें..इस पर लगातार बात हो रही है। इसी अवधारणा की झलक हिमाचल प्रदेश के धर्मशाला के एचपीसीए स्टेडियम में देखने को मिलेगी, जहां देश के मुख्य सचिवों का पहला सम्मेलन धर्मशाला में हो रहा है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की मौजूदगी में मुख्य सचिवों को इस पहले राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन के क्या मायने हैं। मुद्दा आपका में आज इसी पर चर्चा करेंगे।
